The Liberia Association of Volunteers or LAV is a volunteer organization founded in November 2012 by a group of young Liberians, inspired by Mr. D. Matthew Fully in November 2012. Our vision is to create a youth group of volunteers that promotes education, civil awareness and offer our voluntary services to ensure a healthy environment where Liberians, young and old, can help build. Our motto is: “Serving the needy with dignity “.
