The mission: to mobilize women and youth for leadership in peace and development in Africa through integrated capacity building, research and practice.
General objectives: NCP was established to offer programs for peace development, empowerment of women, youth and leadership at the forefront of the African continent through social research, capacity building, the development of entrepreneurial and technological skills.
